Congratulations to Emma Funnell who passed her advanced driving test a few days ago. Emma is one of a number of younger drivers who have joined GAM recently with only a few years’ driving experience, and Emma’s confident approach and skilful performance under test conditions is a credit to her and an example to all other road users.
Her examiner said “Emma demonstrated a safe and smooth drive within the posted speed limits and made safe a legal progress where conditions allowed. The roads were damp with standing water in some areas however Emma negotiated the challenging road conditions well. Spoken thought was demonstrated for a short period in the drive and was at a good standard.
Courtesy was good and clear signals were given to assist other road users at junctions and roundabouts, and vehicle control throughout the drive was good which was also demonstrated when reversing into a parking bay. This was a good run and Emma obtained an excellent Pass result.”
