Bernard Conn achieved an ambition on Thursday by successfully passing his advanced test – a credit to his determination. Bernard enjoyed the experience, commenting that “the examiner was a nice guy who said I was the oldest he’d tested. That I can believe!” He also said “Please convey my thanks to everyone who helped at Guildford. May I be permitted to say how well organised and friendly everyone has been.”
It was our pleasure Bernard, and your examiner was clearly impressed with many aspects of your drive, commenting that “the drive today was at all times safe and “systematic” and during the drive he demonstrated good awareness of other road users, and made good use of the car’s automatic transmission by manually selecting gears where appropriate.
