Congratulations to Olivier Hofstede who recently passed his IAM Fellow retest with another F1rst performance. IAM Fellows commit to a retest every 3 years to the same exacting standards as their original advanced driving test, and Olivier managed to attain F1rst status with a score of ‘1’ in all but one of the 23 marked categories. A very impressive result and a well earned achievement.
His examiner said ” Olivier demonstrated a safe, legal and systematic drive throughout, with speed control within the posted speed limits; on the open roads we made good safe progress. He demonstrated excellent courtesy to other road users including pedestrians and cyclists, and ‘spoken thought’ was demonstrated and was at a good standard. This was a very good run today and Olivier obtained a great F1RST result, so well done!
Olivier was delighted with the result and told us “I had my test last weekend, on a very sunny day with all sorts of road users out and about. I passed and retained my F1rst, which is great news. Thanks very much for all the support and observed runs from GAM in the build up to my test.”
