Many congratulations to Victoria Rackett who had an excellent run with her examiner earlier this week and came home with a F1RST award. To achieve this you must consistently excel in nearly all of the 23 marked categories of the IAM Advanced test and Victoria met the grade with relative ease and plenty of skill, despite the regular rain showers.
Her examiner said “This demonstration drive was safe, legal and systematic, and safe progress was made when conditions allowed. Spoken thought was demonstrated and was at a high level. Courtesy and signals given to assist other road users at junctions and roundabouts were at a very good standard.”
Victoria was delighted and said “Thank you to all the observers who gave their time and feedback to get me to a high standard to pass.”
We all applaud Victoria’s efforts and her conscientious demonstration of IAM principles – a great result, and this keeps GAM at 50% F1RST success rate in 2025, 10 out of 20 tests passed this year.
