The new v16 version (May 2025) of the Associates’ Logbook can be found here. Unfortunately, it no longer contains a Document Declaration Form, which can now be downloaded using the link above (after logging in), or multiple run sheets. Extra copies of these can be found using the link above.
IAM RoadSmart have produced a document for Associates describing the Advanced Driving test in detail. GAM have edited this down to nine pages to make it more digestible for Associates: it can be found here.
