As one of the recent adopters of fully electric motoring for advanced driving, Xavier demonstrated the functions of his car with considerable skill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His examiner commented that Xavier &#8220;controlled the progress of the car predominantly through acceleration sense and use of the accelerator pedal, with not a lot of use of the brake pedal&#8221; thereby using the flexibility of an EV transmission system to good effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also said that &#8220;Xavier&#8217;s commentary was detailed and included some good observation and how to include the information into a driving plan. It also showed that he was looking well into the distance identifying potential hazards at a nice early stage.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All in all a very creditable and competent performance.
