{"id":2206,"date":"2022-10-31T13:50:24","date_gmt":"2022-10-31T13:50:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/guildford-iam.org.uk\/?p=2206"},"modified":"2022-11-07T12:31:51","modified_gmt":"2022-11-07T12:31:51","slug":"barry-gets-a-f1rst","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/guildford-iam.org.uk\/?p=2206","title":{"rendered":"Barry gets a F1rst"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barry Riches impressed his examiner last week with a well deserved F1rst award for his test on 4 wheels &#8211; this goes with his two-wheel qualification he earned a few years ago when he passed his bike test also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His examiner said &#8220;Barry used IPSGA to negotiate every hazard. He displayed a full appreciation of the system of car control. Throughout the drive he used a pleasing use of pace and \u201cflow\u201d.  He added &#8220;Barry also had a good knowledge and understanding of the Highway Code, and he was safe, accurate and well controlled throughout.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Congratulations to Barry from all of us at GAM &#8211; now on to the next challenge as Barry has enrolled for his Masters course.
