{"id":1449,"date":"2020-05-29T16:10:46","date_gmt":"2020-05-29T15:10:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/guildford-iam.org.uk\/?page_id=1449"},"modified":"2023-05-12T22:23:41","modified_gmt":"2023-05-12T21:23:41","slug":"how-to-join-us","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/guildford-iam.org.uk\/?page_id=1449","title":{"rendered":"How to Join Us"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you would like to join the Guildford Advanced Motorists (GAM) Group, you first have to join IAM RoadSmart (formerly known as the Institute of Advanced Motorists) as an Associate Member; to do so, visit the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"IAM RoadSmart (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.iamroadsmart.com\" target=\"_blank\">IAM RoadSmart<\/a> website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you have done this and wish to join GAM, either call the Membership Secretary on 07706 930315 or e-mail the Membership Secretary at <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"mailto:membership@guildford-iam.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\">membership@guildford-iam.org.uk<\/a> , quoting your IAM RoadSmart Associate Membership number, please.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fee for an Associate joining GAM is included in the fee paid by the Associate to IAM RoadSmart for the Advanced Driving course.
