All of the Group&#8217;s Observers are independently qualified by <a aria-label=\"The Institute of the Motor Industry (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theimi.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Institute of the Motor Industry<\/a> (IMI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All Observers are now qualified to National Observer standard; most of GAM&#8217;s Observers are already at this standard, with just a few going through the training process to become National Observers.
